Our consulting services include technical due diligence, design of specialized test equipment for control- and power-hardware in the loop testing, root cause analysis of complex field events resulting in outages or equipment failures, and study of complex interactions in electrical systems with a high content of power-electronic coupled sources or loads. In the electric power field, these types of studies are known as transient studies, with examples ranging from sub-synchronous resonance in power systems to torsional oscillations in high-speed drive trains.
